Please note that our phoneline is NOT staffed 24hrs, 7 days a week. However, we are happy to arrange calls out of hours and on weekends. If you would like a call back outside of our main operating hours (Mon-Friday, 9am-5pm), then please call the phoneline and leave a voicemail with a contact number and your preferred time to speak.

Alternatively, you can complete the referral form below and someone from the Findaway team will call you back at a time convenient to you. We aim to be in touch within 2 working days.

Please note: The Findaway service is for concerned family members and friend, if you are currently supporting someone subjected to domestic abuse, either currently or historically, you can find their local support service using the Women’s Aid Directory.

Make a referral

You can complete our online referral form either on behalf of yourself OR on behalf of a client or patient.

If you are an individual self-referring, please complete as much information as possible and we will be in touch during usual office hours unless you specify otherwise. If you are a professional looking to make a referral to our services please ensure that you have the appropriate consent before making the referral.

You can't submit a referral on behalf of someone else without their consent. We won't respond to referrals where we have reason to believe consent hasn't been given.
